This is the opportunity to gather the whole staff and to share what happened and what is coming: successes and failures, new challenges and incoming projects.
The meeting began with the presentation of the trend of 2017, both in financial and HR terms.
This last topic is really worthy of attention due to the remarkable and steady growth experienced by Adeodata in the last years: the staff effectively doubled in only 4 years!
Then the management officialized the successful achievement of the ISO 9001 re-certification according to the new version of ISO 9001 standards: on 2017, Novemeber 1st Adeodata obtained the new certification in compliance to ISO 9001:2015.
This goal was never considered for granted since the new regulations focus on some innovative contents and required an outstanding and careful dedication of the whole staff.
The meeting went on with a real assessment of Adeodata by means of a deep analysis of our AS IS, TO BE and TO DO. The board presented several considerations and starting points for self-criticismm, aimed to a constant growth and enhancement.
The presentation of some new innovative projects closed the meeting: in 2018 Adeodata will funnel its typical perserverance and dedication to these new challenges.
The Adeodata Day ended with a bang thanks to a rich lunch at the agritourism Cascina Caterina in Puginate: here the whole staff drinked to the big family Adeodata.
