On January 17, 2020, the 14th Adeodata Day took place. The company meeting has never been more awaited than this year: a year full of changes, new offices, new colleagues, new structures. There was a need for an event capable of bringing us together, as well as showing us the goals achieved in 2019 and the corporate route for 2020.
The morning began with the intervention of Pier Luigi Agazzi, Senior Consultant & Partner, who showed the most important indicator: in 2019 there were no accidents at work.

This year has been crucial for the growth of Adeodata, which has become a group of 79 people thanks to the 15 new hires and the 8 acquired colleagues of Quality Systems. But what is Adeodata Group? <<It is the synergy between two brands that have been collaborating for more than 20 years. Synergy means that the sum of 1 + 1 is not 2, but 2.5. It means added value and mutual benefit>> according to Pier Luigi.
Carmen Procaccio, Quality Manager, then talked about the renewal of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification of the Quality System, successfully obtained and particularly appreciated by the auditors. Carmen also communicated the result of the survey on the corporate climate that reigns in Adeodata: slightly better than last year, demonstrating that the actions implemented by the HR department are having the desired effect.
Federica Moretti, Operation Director
Federica Moretti, Operation Director, said that the 2019 Operations Team objectives have been achieved: introduction of Project Managers and Site Managers in the organization and continuous training of resources. While for 2020 we will focus on the <<consolidation of the organization and procedures, without neglecting the quality of resources, service and product>>.
Gianluca Agazzi, Sales & Marketing Director
Gianluca Agazzi, Sales & Marketing Director, spoke about the new structure of the Sales Team, necessary to follow customers more closely. The customer satisfaction questionnaire showed us that courtesy and availability are the hallmarks of our offer, as well as the ability to understand the different needs of customers.
To conclude, Pier Luigi left us with a quote: <<If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea>> (Antoine de Saint-Exupery). A warning to be ambitious, curious, and to work with passion.
The event continued with the company lunch and a toast to this new extended family.
